In accordance with the LINCOLN COUNTY ZONING ORDINANCE 1212-10-1, SEC. 11.1-11.4, notice is hereby given that the LINCOLN COUNTY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION will hold a Public Hearing at the Lincoln County Court House, 111 W. B Street, Shoshone, ID, 2nd floor Court Room on:

Approve minutes of March 9, 2017 work session.
Next: CUP/Variance request, Dean and Christine Tschannen of 702 W 470 N, Shoshone, ID legal description E1/2NW 10-5-16 RP 05S16E102400A an 80 acre parcel zoned A40, would like to divide their home and land approx 7 acres off of the 80 acre parcel under 4.1.5 Farm Homestead Split of the current zoning ordinance 1212-10-1. The variance request under 9.3.1 is due to the lay of the land and home on the 80 acre parcel, it would be a hardship to only divide 1 – 5 acres do to fence lines and existing pivot.
